This is the full version of the guarantee on the main page. No small print designed to trap you, and no loopholes for people who don't do the work. Here's exactly how it runs.
The promise
If you join The SHIFT™, complete the work as set out below, and have not added at least £1,000-£2,000 of new online income within your first 90 days, I will refund every pound you have paid in membership fees during that 90-day period.
What "doing the work" means
Inside The SHIFT, the work isn't a vague idea, it's tracked. At the end of every Skool classroom you submit your work to me for critique. That submission record is how we both know, with no argument, whether the work was done. To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true within your first 90 days:
- Every classroom submission across Levels 0-3 completed and submitted for critique. This is the same work you'd be doing anyway, it's the core of the programme.
- Attended the weekly masterclasses, live. The live masterclass (every Wednesday, 10am UK) is where the real shifts happen. You must have attended live, not replay-only. A maximum of 2 missed live sessions across the 90 days is allowed, provided you watched the replay of any you missed.
- Booked and attended your 90-day roadmap call with me, where we lock your offer and sprint plan.
- Actually launched. You must have made at least one genuine offer to your audience inside the 90 days. The income can't be missing if the offer was never made.
- Acted on the critique. Where I've given you feedback on a submission, you've actioned it and resubmitted. Doing the work means doing it properly, not ticking a box.
Why this is the fairest guarantee you'll find. I'm not asking you to prove anything you wouldn't already be doing. The submissions, the masterclasses, the launch, the roadmap call, they're the programme. If you've done all of that and the money still isn't there, then either I failed to coach you well or it wasn't the right fit. Either way, you shouldn't pay for it. The only outcome that doesn't exist is: you do the work and lose.
How to claim
- Request your refund in writing (email or Discord DM to me) within 14 days of your 90-day mark.
- I'll review your submission and attendance record inside Skool. Because it's all tracked, this is quick.
- If the conditions above are met, your full membership fees for the 90-day period are refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
The cancel-anytime policy (separate from this)
The guarantee and your right to cancel are two different things. The SHIFT is £250/mo and you can cancel anytime, no lock-ins and no contracts. Cancelling stops future payments. It is not the same as claiming a refund under this guarantee, which returns fees already paid and requires the conditions above to be met.
The honest bit
This guarantee exists to remove your risk, not mine. I can carry that risk because the system works when it's actually used, and I've watched it work for coach after coach. If you're the kind of person looking for a way to take the programme for free, this isn't the place for you, and the tracking means it won't work anyway. If you're the kind of person who shows up and does the reps, you'll almost certainly never need this guarantee. But it's here, in writing, so you can join with total confidence.
These terms form part of your membership agreement with The SHIFT™. They apply to your first 90 days from your enrolment date.
